I cheered up.

Sure enough …things got worse.

    Hi Vera,

    I have far too many subscriptions in my feed-reader for my own good. I just realised I hadn’t had an update from M&M in a long while so came over here to find out ‘what’s up’. My mistake, but I hadn’t noticed your feed had moved so I’ve re-subscribed and I’m catching up now.

    Keep the writing up if you can Vera. You have such a fresh and unique perspective. and besides which you’re writing is just plain enjoyable.

    And in spite of everything, be cheery.
